Knox Prowash offers pressure washing, soft washing, and exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to availability, and Knox Prowash reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion.

2. Payment Terms

• • Payment is due at the time of service completion unless prior arrangements have been made.

• • We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash.

• • If payments are not made on time, Knox Prowash reserves the right to charge late fees or suspend services until the account is settled.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• • Customers may cancel or reschedule services by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.

• • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

• • Knox Prowash reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or equipment failure.

• • Any issues or concerns related to services provided must be reported within 48 hours for resolution. Knox Prowash’s liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the services rendered, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will work to resolve the issue.
